Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, with a letter of recognition for Mayor Joanne Ribble being honored with the 2026 Home Rule Hero Award.

Action items include the acquisition of the Sherrill Lane and Luettich Lane rights of way in anticipation of the utility extension project, and a first amendment to the BERT intergovernmental cooperation agreement.

There will be a first reading of an ordinance regarding the annual Capital Improvement Program and a second reading of an ordinance pertaining to the Estero Fire Rescue rezoning.

Workshops will include a discussion on a conservation easement “swap” with the West Bay Club, and a presentation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Fiscal Year ended September 30, 2025.
