The meeting will start at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday,  with a public hearing for Walmart’s application to repaint their building at 19975 S. Tamiami Trail and a public information meeting for a two-story storage facility at 8900 Commons Way.

There will then be workshops for Coconut Point Waypoint Residences, 365-unit apartment buildings, parking garage and surface parking at 8021 Cinema Way, and an update on the Eco-Historic planning study.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.

Residents unable to attend the meeting may view the meeting here and provide public comment by submitting an eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments need to be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Board but will not be read at the meeting.
