The Estero Park and Recreation Center, Lee County Parks & Recreation and Lee Health will be hosting the fourth annual Estero Health & Wellness event.

Lee County Parks & Recreation and Lee Health will continue to offer an avenue of health information for the community but in an adapted way due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There will be two options offered for this year’s event:

  • There will be a goody bag pick-up from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, January 30, at Estero Park, 9200 Corkscrew Palms Blvd. Health-related businesses and organizations from around Lee County have supplied informational and promotional items for the goody bags, which are free while supplies last.

  • In addition, Lee County Parks & Recreation and Lee Health will be hosting a virtual Health and Wellness Symposium on Wednesday and Thursday, February 3 and 4. Some of the same businesses and organizations featured in the goody bags will be live and discuss topics such as veins, memory, healthy cooking and more.
