A public information workshop was conducted for two proposed developments in the Village of Estero.

genova-slideA representative of Genova Partners, LLC, gave a PowerPoint presentation regarding a proposed 2200 square-foot real estate sales office.  Genova is proposing to build a 205-unit multifamily project in six buildings on the south side of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Road.  The sales center would be a permanent structure, buffered with canopy trees and palm trees, which would later be removed once the complex is completed.

CFT NV Developments, LLC, is applying for permission to build two adjacent restaurants on part of their land which is located in the Shoppes of Coconut Trace, east of Marsh Landing and across US 41 from Coconut Point Mall.  The developer indicated they have restaurateurs lined up for these buildings but did not disclose the names.  They stated that they would be “dine in” restaurants. Their plans also call for a 7,480 square foot building on that property sometime in the future. (See Presentation)

In addition, four action items were approved: Highland Oaks Drive, allowing for internal travel between Miromar Outlet Mall and Tidewater; signage and roof tile changes to Discovery Day Academy; protected sidewalks accommodating ADA standards at CVS at Stoneybrook, and a revision to the roof of the First Watch Restaurant at US 41 across from Coconut Point.
