Representatives for Lee Memorial Health System will present details of the proposed Lee Health Village at Coconut Point at a Public Information Meeting at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 14.
The presentation will include features of the 146,545 square foot medical facility, an energy pavilion, future development, landscaping and parking area to be located on approximately 31 acres just south of Coconut Road and Via Coconut Point.
Lee Health Village is proposed to be a health and wellness destination for residents of Southwest Florida, offering a broad array of medical services in a campus environment.
Also on the agenda are Public Hearings for McDonalds, at Grande Oaks Shoppes Blvd., requesting a limited development order approval and Genova, at the southwest corner of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point, requesting a development order approval.
In addition, there will be a workshop for Lakes of Estero Phase II located north of Williams Road between River Ranch and Three Oaks Parkway.
They are requesting a development order extension for the approved construction of 132 multifamily units in 11 buildings, a 900 square foot pool house and pool, open parking and related site improvements on approximately 10 acres.
