Home Base Estero

Home Base Estero is proposing a twp-story 26,000 square foot veterans clinic on two acres located north of Everblades Parkway, east of Tiburon Way and west of Ben Hill Griffin Pakrway.

The clinic will be Mediterranean style, painted in neutral tones with barrel roof tiles.

Home Base partners with Lee Health to provide clinical care, wellness programs, education, and research; all at no cost to those they serve.

They plan to have a veteran’s memorial plaza with a flag park.

Public Comment: two residents spoke in favor of the application.

Workshop

Mission Grove of Estero

The applicant presented their revised architectural design elements for this assisted living facility continuing care facility located at 10251 Arcos Avenue in the Plaza del Sol.

Mission Grove of Estero’s plan includes 163 units in three-story buildings with a variety of amenities including a courtyard pool with shaded structure. The architecture is Mission Revival in earthtone shades and terracotta concrete roof tiles.

Plaza del Sol is located at the northeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway.

No voting occurs during workshops.

Woodfield

Woodfield is proposing to amend their Master Concept Plan to allow for commercial uses on Block 1, eliminate the maximum number of stories (without increasing the overall height) and adding a deviation relating to parking.

They are proposing to add a national organic grocer as an anchor tenant (highilighted in green above).

Woodfield is located at the northwest corner of US 41 and Coconut Road.
