Mission Grove of Estero

The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a workshop for Mission Grove of Estero assisted living facility continuing care facility. They will be presenting their revised architectural design element for this development in the Plaza Del Sol.

Home Base Estero

Home Base Estero is proposing a standalone veterans clinic on two acres in front of  the Tidwater community.

Woodfield

Woodfield is proposing to amend the Master Concept Plan to allow for commercial uses on Block 1, eliminate the maximum number of stories (without increasing the overall height) and adding a deviation relating to parking.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.

Residents unable to attend the meeting may view the meeting here and provide public comment by submitting an eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments need to be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Board but will not be read at the meeting.
