The meeting will start at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a public hearing for a rezoning of a 2-acre site located on the east side of US 41, approximately ¼ mile south of the intersection of US 41 and Broadway Ave E.  The rezoning is being requested to allow the construction of a 16,000 square foot commercial building.

There will then be a public hearing for a development order to construct a two-story 75,910-square-foot storage building located east of US 41, south of Corkscrew Road, and south of the Publix Shopping Center.

A public information meeting will follow with a request for a rezoning to allow for 370 multi-family dwelling units and 33,000 square feet of commercial on the southwest corner of Estero Parkway and Three Oaks Parkway.
