Gains Already Made
Estero High School Stadium
Hellas Construction installed the brand-new Estero High School turf football field in 2024. The new turf field features an “Ecotherm” infill product designed to reduce field temperatures. Simultaneously, several enhancement projects were completed within the stadium complex.
Maintenance Building
The New Maintenance Facility finalized construction in April and is located north of the SportsPark adjacent to the Estero Park and Recreation Center. The relocation of this facility will allow the demolition of the old building and open up the parcel for an additional family entertainment center in the future.
JROTC Tower
The JROTC rappelling and rock wall tower recently began service. It’s an exciting asset for our students in training.
Hard Courts
The SportsPark Hardcourts were recently renovated in 2025 and offers a high-quality set of courts that contain pickleball, tennis, and basketball elements.
What’s Done
Watch Our Progress
Site Preparation
The most important, and least glamorous, part of any project is the foundation. Site work is steadily progressing for the SportsPark and Entertainment District areas, so that foundations, utilities and stormwater retention are all first class.
Wright Construction is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Entertainment District’s portion of the SportsPark and Suffolk Construction is the CMAR for the greater portion of construction in the SportsPark.
What’s in Progress
