Council will start the meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, recognizing two outstanding Estero high school students along with a proclamation for the American Gold Star Mothers of Southwest Florida, Inc.

Action items include consideration of a code enforcement lien mitigation and an interlocal agreement between the Village and Lee County for collection of County EMS impact fees.

Public hearings will then be held on resolutions related to the final non-ad valorem assessment rolls for the Sunny Grove Park, Inc. and Cypress Bend RV Resort package plant-to-central sewer conversion projects.  In addition, there will be a first reading of an ordinance regarding a rezoning of the Estero Fire District.

A workshop will follow the meeting to review the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Capital Improvement Plan.
