The 12th annual “Breaking Par at Grandezza” is a two-day fundraising event to benefit Estero High School students who don’t have the resources to go on to college or trade schools.
You may support this event by playing in the shotgun/scramble at Grandezza at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, April 13. and/or attending the gala dinner at Grandezza at 5:30 – 8:15 p.m., Sunday, April 14.
The shotgun/scramble will feature lots of fun games while supporting Estero educational initiatives. The shotgun/scramble will be followed by a delicious luncheon. Tickets are $140 for single players or $500 for golf foursomes. You may click here to register for golf and/or gala.
The classic Hollywood themed gala will feature delicious cuisine and incredible live and silent auction items.
Featured guest of honor will be Estero’s first Mayor Nick Batos. Nick has made many significant contributions to this community; among them are: having served as Chairman of the ECCL and leading the successful drive to get the incorporation of Estero on the November 2014 ballot. He went on to serve two terms as District 6 Councilmember acting as liaison to the Lee School District and Lee Health, with areas of strategic concern being the SUN Trails, CSX railroad, and Bike/Pedestrian Pathways. Nick and his wife, Linda, reside in Shadow Wood at The Brooks.
In addition to the plated dinner, the gala reception includes complimentary hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer, soft drinks; also, a cash bar will be available for other preferences. Tickets are $100 per person and a table of eight will be arranged at your request. You may click here to register for golf and/or dinner.
All proceeds will fund educational initiatives for LEAD Estero, an Estero High School student led non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships and leadership opportunities. You may visit Lead Estero’s web page here for more information.
