NOTICE OF THE VILLAGE OF ESTERO CUSTODIAN OF PUBLIC RECORDS

The Custodian of Public Records for the Village of Estero.  The Village Clerk’s Office provides research of the official records for citizens and other departments upon request, in compliance with Florida Public Records Law, and allows for the inspection and examination by any person, at any reasonable time, under reasonable conditions and under the supervision of the Village Clerk’s office. The Village Clerk’s office is the location where the Village’s public records are routinely created, sent, received, maintained and requested. The location and contact information is:

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone at the number provided above, or in writing at the address provided above.

Estoppel Requests

Beginning March 27, 2020, estoppel requests will be processed online only.  Click the “Estoppel Request” button and complete the request form.

Once the Village receives your request, an email will be sent to you with instructions to pay online with a credit card. After payment is made, you will need to respond to our email that the invoice is paid and your results will be forwarded to you. If you have multiple estoppel requests, please send one email indicating that all payments have been made.
