A resolution authorizing the purchase of 62.05± acres of land adjacent to the Estero River, the first reading of an ordinance permitting the 135-room Miromar Outlet Hotel and the first reading of an ordinance establishing security measure requirements for owners and operators of retail gas pumps are on the Council meeting agenda at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 17.
In addition, there will be workshops pertaining to the Land Development Code and Estero Parkway Access Management Plan.
