ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Store
Representatives for the ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Store presented their request for a development order for their new building and monument sign to the Design Review Board on April 25.
This application is for a one-story, 12,360-square foot building at the Paradise Shoppes of Estero at 21700 S. Tamiami Trail, west of US 41 and south of Pelican Sound Drive. The ABC Store, which is currently operating in this plaza, will be moving to the out parcel. (Presentation)
The main entrance tower has been raised per past suggestions of the Board and there will be jasmine plantings along the trellises on the building.
The Board recommended the address numbers on the side of the monument sign be white or enlarged in order for first responders and others to be able to see them.
The Board approved this application with a number of conditions.
