The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a public hearing for South Fork Grille/El Nido Modern Mexican Restaurant which is requesting an extension of outdoor consumption on premises at Coconut Point.
There will be public information meetings addressing requests for a special exemption to construct a 100 ft. tall AT&T cell tower on Coconut Road, and construct a 4,052 sq. ft. Culvers at Coconut Point.
A public hearing will then be conducted for a request to amend the Estero Town Center zoning to allow for a Wawa Convenience Food and Beverage Store with Gas on the Ruby Tuesday lot.
Lastly, the Board will review Ordinance 2022-09 pertaining to Planning, Zoning & Design Board membership qualifications.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
