The meeting will start at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, recognizing Mayor Joanne Ribble as a Florida League of Cities 2025 Home Rule Hero.

There will be first readings of ordinances regarding the Capital Improvement Plan,  Land Development Code flood amendments, Mayfair Village rezoning, and unsafe structures.

A second reading and public hearing for Ordinance 2025-02 for Home2 Suites at Coconut Point will be addressed.

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2024 will be presented in a workshop following the meeting.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Park.

Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website.  Comments need to be received by noon one day before the actual meeting;  they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
