Woodfield Public Hearings Woodfield was requesting a development order for the first phase of its mixed-use development on 45.6-acres located on the northwest corner of US 41 and Coconut Road. The first phase of the project will include the infrastructure, including stormwater retention, roadways, utilities, sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, parks and a landscaped roundabout at Coconut Road and Walden Center Drive.
