The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a public information meeting for the Pavich Center located at the intersection of Corkscrew Road and Happy Hollow Lane, ¼ mile east of US 41. A public hearing will then be conducted for the remodel of Arby’s located at 9975 Corkscrew Road, west of the 7 Eleven gas and convenience store at Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway. If your home uses a septic system, never pour grease, oil, or chemical down your drains. These substances can kill the bacteria that treat your waste water in the tank. In-office services are available exclusively by appointment. Appointment openings fill quickly. Please check back often for updated availability. They recommend customers take advantage of their online services when possible. Registration renewals are exclusively processed online, by mail, or at a kiosk. To renew vehicle, vessel, and mobile home registrations, visit their Motor Vehicle Renewals page. They have also partnered with First Lee Tag Agency to provide registration and title services. Public Comment: A resident spoke informing Council of the Estero Republic Club, stating there are currently 300 members of this club which focuses on the U.S. Constitution. Council started their meeting approving Resolution 2021-23 which is the final budget amendment of the fiscal year 2020/2021 to align certain budgeted line items within the General Fund and the Capital Improvement Fund. Veterans Day at Estero Park
On a sunny Saturday, November 13, the Village honored all Estero veterans, active military, first responders and Gold Star parents at the Estero Park. The event was attended by approximately 500 residents who enjoyed military theme songs, a presentation of flags by the Estero High School ROTC, rifle salute by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and featured speaker former Blue Angels pilot Lee County Commissioner Ray Sandelli. Estero Vice-Mayor Jon McLain served as master of ceremonies and Mayor Katy Errington, also a Gold Star Mother, introduced some of the elected officials attending the event in addition to speaking about Gold [...]

Public Hearing Shoppes at University Highlands, Bldg. 5 The Board conducted a public hearing for the Shoppes at University Highlands which were requesting a development order for their Building 5, located on the west side of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
