Lake Michigan Credit Union and Land Development Code addressed by the Design Review Board on October 28, 2020
The Board conducted a public hearing for Lake Michigan Credit Union’s request for approval of the revised color scheme for the exterior of their existing building and to add two windows to the southern façade. They are retaining the stone knee wall and using a light and dark beige paint on the walls with a blue accent color. Lake Michigan Credit Union is located at 21910 S. School property and Land Development Code addressed by Planning & Zoning Board on October 27, 2020
The Board started with a public information meeting for the School District of Lee County. The School District will be requesting a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to develop an elementary and middle school on Three Oaks Parkway. The 68.5-acre undeveloped parcel is located south of Copper Oaks, southeast of the Post Office and bounded by Three Oaks Parkway on the west and I-75 on the east.
