The Village is inviting you to attend a series of workshops and public hearings to discuss its first Land Development Code. The code is important because it sets the standards for the community’s future development and redevelopment. These standards include architecture, landscaping, zoning, open space and other items that aim to provide a high quality of life in Estero. Lake Michigan Credit Union Estero The applicant from Lake Michigan Credit Union Estero was requesting approval to repaint the exterior of their existing building, adding two windows to the southern façade and screening the HVAC equipment. Estero 10/12/20 State of Florida Coronavirus (COVID-19) Government Updates
The State of Florida is now in Phase 3 of its reopening plan. This phase lifts the capacity limits on businesses previously put in place. More information can be found, below.
