Hospitalizations: Today, data reported to the Agency for Health Care Administration shows that the number of COVID-19 positive patients that are currently hospitalized is down more than 70 percent since July. As posted on the Agency for Health Care Administration’s hospitalization dashboard at 10:45 a.m., there are 2,173 current hospitalizations with a primary diagnosis of COVID-19. [Read More.]

The Village is providing an opportunity for you to provide feedback regarding your priorities for the uses on the 62-acre Estero on the River property. Brian Canin, the Village’s consultant, has conducted one public meeting with a second scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30. Canin explains that the 16 acres on the south side of the river is green with a mature forest appropriate for nature and civic uses but the north side of the river is an abandoned orange grove more appropriate for some residential and small commercial uses.
