Public Hearings Estero Family Health Center Estero Family Health Center First on the agenda was the Estero Family Health Center located east on US 41 in front of The Vines entrance. They were seeking approval of a development order for a 4,153 square foot addition to the north side of their existing building, along with parking improvements. The design and construction of the addition is consistent with the existing structure’s architecture, materials and style to maintain the same appearance.
