Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, addressing an amendment to the comprehensive plan to add Coconut Landing to the future land use map. This is a 10-acre parcel voluntarily annexed to the Village located one mile west of US 41 on the north side of Coconut Road.
There will be first readings for ordinances pertaining to illicit discharges to stormwater systems and an amendment to allow for a Firestone Tire Center at the Estero Town Center (Lowe’s plaza).
Council will then conduct a workshop on the Land Development Code Part 2.
