The Design Review Board will conduct a Public Hearing for the Coconut Point Ford Pre-owned Vehicles monument sign at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 12.
In addition, there will be Public Information Meetings conducted for Heartland Dental, located on the northeast corner of Coconut Road and Via Villagio in the Coconut Point Mall, and The Colonnade, a Continuing Care Retirement Community located at the northeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Sandy Lane.
There will also be a Workshop for the Texas Roadhouse within the Shoppes at Estero Grande located west of US 41 at the intersection of US 41 and Estero Parkway, adjacent to the Starbucks which is under construction.

Design Review Board meetings are held in the Village Hall Council Chambers, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
