The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a public information meeting addressing a request by Coconut Point Developers to update their paint colors to modernize the look of the mall.
The Board will then have an overview of the Live Local and Senate Bill 180, Estero Eco-Historic Planning Study, and review the 2026 Board meeting schedule.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents unable to attend the meeting may view the meeting here and provide public comment by submitting an eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments need to be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Board but will not be read at the meeting.
