The Board will start their meeting at 5:30 p.m. with a public information meeting for the Coconut Trace Medical Office Center. The applicant is seeking to construct a freestanding, single-story medical office building on a 1.2-acre vacant lot at 22904 Lyden Drive. This property is located west of Lyden, north of Bulb Lane and south of Autumn Leaves Assisted Living Facility.
The Board will then conduct a public hearing for the Wildcat Run Clubhouse renovation. Representatives of Wildcat Run will review their proposed renovation and expansion of the 19th Hole grill room and outdoor deck and bocce courts. Wildcat Run is located off of Corkscrew Road.

Design Review Board meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesday of each month in the Village Hall Council Chambers, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
