Estero Sports Park (leased property)
Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, reviewing a contract with Perez Planning + Design LLC to prepare schematic plan and design guidelines for the Estero Sports Park.
They will then address two contracts with Manhattan Construction for Phase 1 improvements to the 63.7 acres of Estero on the River property located on the east side of US 41 north of Corkscrew Road.
Council will consider an amendment to a contract with Wright Construction for the construction of the Corkscrew Road pathway, lighting and landscaping improvements, and a contract with Haggarty Consulting Inc. to assist the Village in developing written procedures and training for pre- and post-disasters.
There will be a first reading of ordinances pertaining to Estero Townhomes and declarations of state of emergencies.
This will be followed by a second reading of an ordinance pertaining to Via Coconut.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
