Corkscrew Pines Convenience Store
The Planning, Zoning & Design Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a Public Hearing addressing a zoning amendment for pickle ball courts at Pelican Sound.
There will be Public Information Meetings for Corkscrew Pines Convenience Store/gas station and self-storage facility located on the south side of Corkscrew Road, east of Stoneybrook Golf Drive, and Villages of Country Creek for their request for pickle ball courts.
Public Hearings will then be held for Dunkin Donuts and Oak & Stone Restaurant at Estero Crossing at 10500 Corkscrew Road, and Land Development Code amendments for lot coverage and flood hazard reduction standards.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
