The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a public hearing for Corkscrew Pines’ request to rezone their 21-acre parcel on the south side of Corkscrew Road, east of Stoneybrook Golf Drive and west of Fire House Lane.

They will then conduct a public information meeting for the Marketplace at Coconut Point which is proposing a free-standing fast food restaurant with drive through and two retail buildings at the southeast corner of US41 and Rapallo Drive.

A public information meeting will be held for Estero Crossing which is preparing a development order for site plan approval for their multifamily residential units.  Estero Crossing is located west of I-75, south of Corkscrew Road and east of Lowe’s Plaza.

A public hearing will then be conducted for a Via Coconut MPD request to rezone from Agriculture to Estero Planned Development for a 20-acre parcel on the west side of Via Coconut Point south of Corkscrew Road and across from Genova.  An additional application has been submitted to vacate an existing 66-foot wide right-of-way on the property.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
