Council conducted a second reading/public hearing for Ordinance 2021-07 pertaining to the adoption of an amendment to the Village of Estero Comprehensive Plan to allow an elementary and middle school, as well as related facilities, on a 68.5-acre undeveloped parcel, located south of Copper Oaks, southeast of the Post Office and bounded by Three Oaks Parkway on the west and I-75 on the east.
Public Comment: Three residents spoke, two against this project and one in favor. Six eComment cards were placed into the record.
Council voted to approve the ordinance revised by staff. (Ordinance)
