Zoning Ordinance No. 2018-06 – University Highlands

This zoning ordinance pertains to the conversion of retail and office space to self-storage space for a proposed 90,000 square foot 3-story self-storage facility and a deviation for the height of the architectural features.

The applicant pointed out that this storage facility looks more like an office building, will have limited hours of operation and includes enhanced landscaping.

University Highlands is located on a two-acre site on the west side of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, across from Grandezza and south of Estero Parkway.

Council approved this ordinance with several conditions.  (Pattern Book)
