Early in the meeting, Council will review a resolution for the Village of Estero’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan followed by a contract with Kisinger Campo & Associates Corp. to provide engineering services for the design and permitting services required for Coconut Road crosswalks and drainage improvements.
Council will also address contracts with Florida Gulf Coast University to provide water quality monitoring and bacteria/nutrient source identification services and with CW3 Engineering, Inc. for a consultant to fill the role of Public Works Project Manager.
A public hearing will be conducted to review the proposed Capital Improvement Program, followed by the first reading of an ordinance providing for the authority to establish special assessments.
The meeting will conclude with a workshop presentation of the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.
