Council will conduct first readings and public hearings for road, park and tree protection impact fees at their meeting at 9:30 a.m. June 27.
In addition, there will be a second reading and public hearing for the conversion of retail and office space to self-storage space for a proposed 90,000 square foot 3-story self-storage facility. University Highlands is located on a two-acre site on the west side of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, across from Grandezza and south of Estero Parkway.
