The meeting will start at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, with Council reviewing the agreement to transfer ownership of the T & T Water Management System to the Village. T&T Umbrella Association, Inc., is an entity created to own and manage the stormwater storage facility located adjacent to the Hertz Arena.
Council will then address an agreement to allow the Village to acquire 100% of the stormwater management facilities serving the Hertz Arena and other proximate properties, and allowing the Village to share maintenance costs with KTB.
