Council will start at 9:30 a.m., to review the Land Development Code which lays out zoning and other regulations for subdivisions and development of land.
Public input has been received through letters and E-comments, as well as comments from the Design Review Board, Planning and Zoning Board and Council at various meetings conducted in 2020. The second public hearing is scheduled for January 27, 2021.
