There will be a first reading of a zoning ordinance for the Hilton Garden Inn at 8009 Sweetwater Ranch Boulevard near the Estero Fire Rescue station. Public testimony will be taken at the second reading and public hearing.
There also will be a second reading and public hearing for the zoning ordinance related to the Arcos Executive Center at the northeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway.
