The Board conducted a preliminary public information meeting for the proposed Curadel Pharma medical facility to be located at 9600 Corkscrew Road at the southwest corner of River Ranch and Corkscrew Road.

The project includes construction of a state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility with corporate offices on the second floor.  The building will be built in two phases, and access will be off of River Ranch Road.

The Board had questions regarding the positioning of the front of the building, landscaping and some of the architectural elements.

Public Comment: 1 resident spoke of traffic and flooding concerns.

No voting occurs during public information meetings.

Shadow Wood Country Club Lifestyle Center

Representatives for Shadow Wood Country Club at The Brooks plan to construct a 34,000 square foot, one-story lifestyle center adjacent to their clubhouse.

The project includes 6 indoor pickleball courts, new dining options and tennis pro shop.   The existing outdoor tennis courts will be relocated and a resort-style pool will be added,

Construction will be performed in two phases and will be confined to the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The project is expected to be complete by late 2026.

The Board approved this application with stipulations.
