Clean Machine Car Wash
Representatives for the Clean Machine Car Wash presented their plans to build a car wash at the intersection of US 41 and Vintage Parkway. They are proposing a 3,610 square foot drive-thru, one-story 45-foot-tall building on a one-acre lot. Proposed hours of operation will be from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. The water used for washing the cars will be cleaned and recycled until no longer of use and will then go into the sewer system.
Most of the trees that need to be removed from the property are cabbage palms. There will be a double buffer of trees and shrubs along Vintage Parkway.
They have changed the architecture from the original design, adding variation to the roofline, awnings along the front of the building and a stone cladding at the base.
The property is approximately 200 feet north of Aldi’s Grocery Store and opposite of Breckenridge Drive. (Presentation)
