The Shoppes at Estero Grande is requesting the Design Review Board to approve a development order to construct a 7,256 square foot freestanding restaurant within the Estero Grande subdivision.
Estero Grande is located west of US 41 at the intersection of US 41 and Estero Parkway.
In addition, a workshop will be conducted for the Primrose School of Estero located at 10350 Corkscrew Commons Drive. The applicant is proposing to develop a 12,111 square foot school on a 2.26-acre vacant parcel.
