The Design Review Board will conduct a Public Hearing for Aldi at Estero Town Center at their meeting at 5:30 p.m., April 10. This is a proposed 22,149 square-foot grocery store which is located east of US 41 and directly north of Walmart at Estero Parkway.
They will also conduct a Public Hearing for a 120-room hotel. This is located on a 2.61-acre parcel on Walden Center Drive close to the intersection of US-41 and Coconut Road.
In addition, they will conduct a Public Information Meeting for AutoZone in the Plaza Del Sol on Corkscrew Road.
