ment, LLC is representing a national flag hotel to be located at the southwest corner of US 41 and Coconut Road. They will be presenting at a Public Information Meeting regarding the development of a 5-story, 128-room hotel. The applicant has filed for a zoning final plan approval and deviation.
Phoenix at Estero will present their plans for 124 assisted living dwelling units on 7 acres during a Workshop. Their proposed development is located at 10251 Arcos Avenue, adjacent to the existing Estero Medical Center north of Arcos Avenue and northeast of the intersection of Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway.
