Councilmember Lori Fayhee – District 4

Fayhee has been a resident of Estero in the Villages at Country Creek since 2004, where she and her husband, Ron, raised her son, Sam, a Cypress Lake High School graduate. Before becoming a full-time mom, Fayhee enjoyed an extensive career managing territory sales for Fortune 500 medical equipment companies in Illinois.

As a resident of the Villages at Country Creek (VCC), Fayhee served as the Communications Committee (ComCom) Chairperson, a member of ComCom, and the Editor of The Villager, VCC’s community newspaper.

Since 2013, she has passionately advocated for parents, students, and teachers within the Lee County public education system. Fayhee served on the Lee County School District Finance and Curriculum Advisory Committees, the District Advisory Council, and the School Advisory Committee. She served as a FutureMakers Coalition Aspiration/Preparation Team member of the Southwest Florida Community Foundation.

Fayhee served Southwest Florida’s hurricane Ian recovery efforts, working for the Department of Homeland Security as a FEMA Private Sector Specialist in 2023, and participated as a Census Field Supervisor for the 2020 Census in 2019-20. She is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and of the Daughters of the Union Veterans of the Civil War (DUVCW). Fayhee earned her associate’s degree from Illinois Central College and attended the University of Illinois (Chicago).
