Village of Estero

Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, with a proclamation in honor of Military Appreciation Month.

Council will address a resolution pertaining to the replatting of a 12-acre property located in Stoneybrook, a public improvement agreement with High 5, and a contract with Wright Construction Group to initiate Phase 1 on the 20-acre “Entertainment District” at Williams Road, which consists of site preparation, clearing, excavation, earthwork, and developing retention ponds.

There will be a first reading of an ordinance addressing the 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Program setting priorities for the next five years, followed by Workshops updating the Ben Hill Griffin Parkway monument sign location and a review of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Plan.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Park.

Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website.  Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
