Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, with a resolution determining the millage rate for FY 2023-2024, followed by a presentation of the comprehensive annual financial report for FY 2022.
Council will then address the following issues: a water monitoring contract, the Sandy Lane prefabricated pedestrian bridge, a contract to assess the existing roads and sidewalks maintained by the Village, Seminole Gulf railway agreement and a budget amendment.
There will be a review of the term sheets for the Chicken N Pickle and High 5 recreational facilities proposed to be located in the Entertainment District on Williams Road, followed by a second reading and public hearing for the Coconut Road EPD rezoning of the property on the northwest corner of US 41 and Coconut Road.
The meeting will conclude with a workshop on the FY 2023-2024 budget.
