  • A limited number of free LeeWay sticker transponders are available to allow motorists to open a LeeWay account or add a vehicle to an existing account. The transponders are available while supplies last and are offered one per motorist. https://fal.cn/38jWh
  • We’re less than one week away from the start of hurricane season. Be sure to stay tuned to Lee County Government for important information regarding the 2020 hurricane season and how you can be prepared.
  • Florida Department of Health (DOH) has launched an appointment-based COVID-19 drive-thru testing site at the Michigan Avenue Clinic. Testing is open to symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals without a doctor’s order. An appointment is required and can be made by calling 239-332-9580. https://fal.cn/38jLb
  • Lee County, FL Library‘s Summer Reading Program is almost here! The 2020 theme “Imagine Your Story” will feature a completely online program that encourages participants to explore their imagination through reading and learning adventures. https://fal.cn/38jCn

  • The Lee Virtual School (LVS) marks a milestone graduating 67 seniors Saturday, May 23rd at 2:00 PM. 67 LVS grads are being conferred virtually in the first online graduation held by the School District of Lee County.   • Senior Speeches!Speakers for the Class of 2020 virtual graduation ceremonies are recording their speeches this week.

    Principals are honoring their students as well with a commencement address.
