Lee County Update

  • The applications for the LeeCares Individual Assistance or Business Relaunch Program is closing at 5 p.m. tomorrow, 5/29; we anticipate reopening the application process Monday, June 1. Visit https://fal.cn/38l6r.
  • Lee County Parks & Recreation has a limited number of spaces available at various sites for summer camp. Registration for these spots will open up at 8 a.m. Monday, June 1.All Lee County Parks & Recreation summer camp programs will be following Centers for Disease Control guidelines. Summer camp runs for seven weeks; June 15 through July 31. Camp is offered on a weekly basis. The price for each week is $75 per participant.

  • The Lee Virtual School (LVS) marks a milestone graduating 67 seniors Saturday, May 23rd at 2:00 PM. 67 LVS grads are being conferred virtually in the first online graduation held by the School District of Lee County.   • Senior Speeches!Speakers for the Class of 2020 virtual graduation ceremonies are recording their speeches this week.Principals are honoring their students as well with a commencement address.
