The Board will start their meeting at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, by conducting a workshop for the Estero Crossing Commercial Phase 1. The applicant will be requesting review of their updated commercial building elevations and landscape plans. Estero Crossing is a 43-acre site on Corkscrew Road adjacent to the Estero Town Center (Lowe’s) plaza.
The Board will then conduct a workshop on the Land Development Code Part 2. They will be addressing the site development standards, signage, natural resources, public facility funding and coordination, and nonconformities portions of the code.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
