Entertainment District
The meeting will start at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, with an update of the River Oaks Preserve by the Coccoloba Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society.
Council will be asked to approve the ranking of construction management firms to help the Village build the site/civil improvements for the Estero Entertainment District, and approve a contract change order to complete the design and permitting of the Sandy Lane bike/ped improvements project.
There will be a first reading of ordinances amending the Land Development Code to correct parking standards for hotels and to revise the standards for day care centers. There will be a second reading and public hearing for an ordinance amending the Land Development Code to revise standards for detached residential garages.
A workshop will then provide an update on the Williams Road Sports Park.

Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting
