The Design Review Board will conduct a public hearing for the Shoppes at Estero Grande monument sign and a public information meeting for the proposed Market Place at Coconut Point at 5:30 p.m., November 28.
Estero Grande is located west of US 41 at the intersection of Estero Parkway and US 41. The monument sign is along the US 41 entrance.
The Market Place at Coconut Point is a proposed grocery-anchored center having an organic grocery store, retail shops, restaurant and an undetermined tenant on a 1-acre parcel located on the east side of US 41 between Sweetwater Ranch Boulevard and Via Rapallo Drive.
