Action items for Council’s consideration at 9:30 a.m., December 5, include approving the award of a fixed rate 10-year bank loan for the Estero on the River land purchase and the Estero Chamber of Commerce’s request for funding.
There will be a first reading of Ordinance 2019-01, an ordinance adopting a Reserve Policy and a second reading of Ordinance 2018-20, an ordinance repealing Development District provisions of the Lee County Code.
Workshop items include: land purchase contingencies, potable water quality, traffic signal, street light and traffic sign standards, US 41 median landscaping, Estero Parkway update and Stuart & Associates mine report.
